Hi, I'm Arian.

I'm a product manager in Toronto. I spent seven years helping teams decide what to build. This year I started building it myself.

Through Dapperico, my small studio, I've taken four AI products from a first conversation to live on the web, working every day in Claude Code. The part I still care about most comes before the code: finding the real problem, and deciding what the product should never do.

I'm open to new opportunities. If your business has work that is slow, manual or costly, I'd be glad to talk about building something that fixes it.

How I work

I decide what the machine may not do before I decide what it does. ReachGram drafts every message, but a person sends it. BossPal's customers can never reach the pricing tool, however they ask.

Silence is the worst failure. When something breaks, the customer should hear about it, not wait for an answer that never comes.

Every bug I ship becomes a test, so it only happens once.
